Overseas companies opening a branch in the UK must register at Companies House, and are required to submit a certified English translation to accompany an original certified document in another language. If it’s your first branch in the UK, you will need to submit your company charter, statute, memorandum and articles of association as certified translations, as well as a copy of your latest accounts, if you are required to submit accounts by law in your own country.
