When you request further translations, the software sifts through your translation memory files to see if previous work matches your new project. Any text determined to be identical is re-translated automatically, meaning you only pay for translations of new portions of text. Translation memory, which can save as much as 70% of the cost of future projects, is particularly useful for companies that need to update their e-learning materials as business grows and procedures change. Not all training content is text-based. It’s important to choose locally-relevant characters to illustrate your training topics.
